Shipping & Returns


Shipping within Australia.

  • We offer free shipping within Australia for most of S to M size works, unless specified extra shipping procedures & costs. Freight on certain L/XL items, including artwork, will be quoted upon inquiry and invoiced separately. L/XL works on canvas on paper are most likely to be taken off the stretcher bar and rolled securely in a mailing tube for easy handling and low shipping costs for the collector.

  • We use a variety of different freight companies depending on the size and nature of the item being shipped, for this reason we are unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.

  • Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified with a confirmation mail and a tracking number.

  • All parcels require a signature on delivery. When an authority to leave is requested by you at checkout, you acknowledge that our Gallery will not be liable in any way for a loss or damage to your parcel.

  • Delivery times will vary depending on your location. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 weeks. 5-7 days on standard delivery via Australia Post. Please allow extra time for delivery due to potential shipping delays by the freight providers during holiday periods. We do not guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time frame and the above is a guide only. Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes. For international shipping we use either Australia Post, Pack & Send, TNT or DHL couriers depending on the size and nature of your item.

  • Small and Medium size works will be securely flat packed in sturdy boxes. Large and extra large prices will be shipped in tubes. Canvas paintings shipped in tubes can be stretched and framed upon arrival and there will not be any major changes to dimensions. All artworks will arrive very securely.

  • Freight on all works will be quoted separately and a second invoice will be issued after the time of purchase. International shipments are sent unmounted and unframed unless arranged prior with a tailored shipping quote for framed and crated.

  • If you are ordering from outside of Australia, additional import taxes may apply as per your country's customs guidelines. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the shipment contents and cannot alter this value. Our Gallery/Artist cannot be held financially responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order. If an order is refused by a destination country, by no fault of our own, Our Gallery/Artist holds no financial responsibility for any additional shipping expenses or costs incurred as a result.

  • Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

  • All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure someone will be able to sign for delivery.

  • The purchaser holds responsibility for tracking the shipment. Failure to collect your shipment from a designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to our Gallery/Artist. In which circumstance, it is the financial responsibility of the purchaser to arrange shipping for the item.

Can I lay-by a painting?

Yes. After paying a holding deposit, which is 30% of the sale value, the artwork will be put ‘on-hold’ from sale. You have 06 months to pay off the rest as per your convenience. Exceptional situations where the time requires longer, can be discussed with the artist. Once complete payment is made, an invoice will be issued documenting all your transactional activities and the shipment will be made accordingly without delay. Your artwork will be securely packed and put aside till then. Usually after 06 months, we will notify you for transaction closure before making the artwork ‘live’ on website again.

Can you combine orders? I placed more than one order.

If we can combine your orders, a credit for your shipping will be issued after all items have been processed/shipped. Or will be quoted a combined shipping fee separately prior to delivery.

I’m moving before my order will be shipped. Can you change my shipping address?

Yes! Please contact us with your new address and we will update it internally.

Faulty, Damaged or Returns.

  • Returns: All sales are final after 07 days approval period. Please check the size and description to ensure that you understand what you will be receiving. Artist will warmly assist you if you require any further details, in-situation or more close up images prior to purchase. Please contact through the link provided on description of each work. (Most designer frames shown on website are not included for purchase as they are for display only). You must return the piece in it’s original condition, packaging and hanging equipments to us at your cost within the 07 days upon receiving the parcel. A full refund will be made when we receive the return.

  • Faulty or Damaged works: Must be reported within 48 hours. To best assist you, please email the nature of the damage/faulty, order number, images of the fault and a short description within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Upon agreement, the work must be posted back to us in original packaging within 5 working days. Return shipping are at collector’s cost and are non refundable. A full refund of the artwork will be released immediately after we receive the package at the condition you stated. A partial refund will be made where the item ordered arrives with additional faulty or damages than you mentioned and that they cannot be restored and/or able to recover the cost from the freight service provider/Insurer.

  • An exchange for a different artwork/artworks also can be arranged instead of a refund.
